On the example of Webmoney system. The percentage of deductions in the system 0.8. Ordered to withdraw: 100 WMZ, taking into account the percentage of the system you will give: 100.8 WMZ.
Minimum amount of deductions - the minimum amount of deductions to the administrator, regardless of the deducted percentage.
Maximum amount of deductions - the maximum amount of deductions to the administrator, regardless of the deducted percentage.
On the example of Webmoney system:
For each transaction the system charges a commission of 0.8% of the payment amount, but not less than 0.01WM.
