Step 1: The operator enters the message when the funds will be sent (date) and any other text at his/her discretion.
Step 2. Funds are sent and the operator notifies the user about it, processing the request of this step. 
Step 1 can be skipped if the funds are received and will be sent immediately.
At all steps the user is notified and the status of the request is changed.
Exchange types can be set in the payment settings and rates for each direction.
